It was supported and a good help
Treated with dignity and respect at all times. [name removed] has been fantastic from our first session. I work for NHFT and was reluctant to try this service as wasn’t sure if it would be for me. However [name removed] made me feel at ease from our first session and made me feel comfortable to talk to her. She seemed very experienced about what she was talking about and explained different processes to me that really helped me make sense of things. It’s a fantastic service and I would ask anyone who is apprehensive about it to try it if it’s needed as it’s definitely helped me think differently about things.
[name removed] is very knowledgeable in her area of work. She is an active listener that allowed me to offload and then would respond sharing knowledge that has beeb extremely helpful. [name removed] presents as genuine and provides reassurance which allows me to be open and honest and most importantly kind to myself. [name removed] spent time providing my partner was some information on MH which helped him to provide a more active role in supporting
I truly believe the input of the service supported me to remain well rather than escalate or significantly decline. I cannot thank [name removed] and [name removed] enough
